Once you fill out this order form, I’ll be in touch to confirm your order and send you a payment link for a deposit - this secures your place in my monthly blank order - before I order your blank we’ll chat over the phone or in-person - nail down exactly what you want, from custom stringers, color, fins and finish. Your board will be hand-shaped in my 1950s cold war era bomb shelter, and carefully handed off to the glass shop.
